The Collectible
Kappa transcends Twitch Chat in truly majestic shining gold fashion! His superb gold chrome variant stands at 4.8 inches tall and is posed with his arms crossed in front of his chest, his luscious short locks swept left over his forehead while a smug all knowing grin flashes across his face under a protruding nose. He’s dressed in the most sensible outfit consisting of a tight buttoned up polo shirt tucked into pants and boots. The exterior of his packaging shows different variations of the Kappa emote over a light purple gradient. While the interior is a repeating pattern of the emote and the Twitch Glitch logo. The protective sleeve displays numerous Kappas flowing through a river of purple streaks through a black background. This collectible was created in official collaboration with Twitch and ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve and a custom sized plastic protector for maximum protection during shipping.
About Golden Kappa
The Golden Kappa is a Twitch Easter egg that will appear randomly once a day when a chatter uses the Kappa emote. The original Kappa is a popular Twitch emote created in 2011 from a photo of then employee Josh DeSeno and is used to relay a sense of sarcasm in response to something on stream. Its name is taken from the Japanese folklore creature, the Kappa.
